WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 14 days from the delivery of your package!

If you intend to return a product, you pay for the shipping which costs 79 SEK. Contact us for a return label. Customers outside Sweden always arrange the return shipping themselves. 

If you choose to pay with PayPal can you also receive free returns, more info here

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • The Elly Pistol products must be returned in perfect condition and shall not have been worn, used or washed in any way.
  • The products must be returned with original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product.

Refunds will be issued excluding any shipping fees that may occur when returning a product.

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Returns are really easy. Just fill out the contact form, or send an email with your order number to help@ellypistol.com. Within 24 hours monday- friday we will email you with all the details you need.
  • Before you return anything to Elly Pistol make sure you have gotten a reply from us. Products returned without a reply from us will NOT be accepted.
  • It is VERY IMPORTANT that you include your Delivery Note that you received with your package. Without this information we cannot process your return. 
  • Your return must be handed in to the postal service and on it's way to us at the latest 14days counting from the day you received your item. 
  • Haven't gotten a reply from us within 24 hours? Please check your spam/junk. The email may found its way there.


FAQ RETURNS


SHIPPING SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN?

We have a warehouse in southern Sweden that takes care of all our returns. As soon as you have filled in the return form above, we will email you the address and all the information you need.

DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO REPLACE SIZE?

No of course not. Changing the size costs you nothing. We are responsible for the return and we reimburse all double costs including any double shipping costs in case of exchange.
How?

You place a completely new order on www.ellypistol.com for what you want to change to and pay just as usual. Then fill in our contact form, or email us your order number to help@ellypistol.com. Then we will email you a free return shipping note.

As soon as we receive your return, we will immediately refund EVERYTHING on the first order including shipping. Then you will in total only have paid for an order and a shipping, nothing more

I HAVE FILLED IN THE FORM BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ANSWER?

It can take up to 24 hours before we have time to answer you. If you have not received a response within 24 hours, check your spam. Sometimes our email ends up there instead of in your inbox.

WILL I RETURN THE SHIPPING COST?


We will refund the shipping cost you paid to us, but you will be charged for the return cost.

Extra fees that may be added due to invoice fee or customs and VAT if the package has been sent abroad will not be refunded.

For size changes, you do not pay for the return.

WHEN DO I GET BACK THE MONEY?

We will refund the money for your return as soon as possible, no later than 14 working days from the time we received the return.

We will reimburse the cost of the products themselves, but the return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Elly Pistol is not responsible for products that may have gone astray during the return transport.

I HAVE LOST MY PACKAGE LEAVE, CAN YOU SEND A NEW ONE?

Of course we can fix it. Email us at help@ellypistol.com and we will help you. You can also log inMy pages, click on your order and print your Order Confirmation.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

We try to be as fast as possible, but it can take up to 2 weeks before we have time to process your return.

This depends on what time of year it is and whether we currently have extra great interest in our products. Once we have processed your return, we will contact you via email. Please wait 2 weeks before contacting us.
